Registration fees are as follows:

• $125 for first child registered; $50 for each additional child
• $50 for Adventures class (if not registering for a core class)
• $50 for Tiny Twos students

Assignments to classes are made based on the order in which registrations are received. Once a class is filled, the names of any additional children requesting that class will be placed on a “wait list” continuing in the order received, and your child will be assigned to the alternate class you selected. You will be notified of your child’s class placement via email from growingwgracepreschool@gmail.com.

Once your child has been placed, you will receive an invitation and invoice through our Brightwheel system for the non-refundable registration fee. This invoice must be paid within five days in order to secure your child’s placement in the program and assignment to a class. Fees should be made payable to Grace Lutheran Church. Payments can be paid online, be dropped off in-person, or mailed to the church office (501 Valley Park Drive; Libertyville, IL 60048).

The May 2027 tuition payment and annual supply fee of $150 are due on June 15, 2026. The September 2026 tuition payment (core class, Adventures, Lunch Bunch) will be due on August 15, 2026. These payments will secure your child’s enrollment for the upcoming school year and are non-refundable. Monthly tuition is due on the first of each month.

The following forms are due by August 15, 2026: application/information form, consent form, pick-up authorization form, emergency form, DCFS summary booklet sign off form, health form/immunizations from pediatrician and a copy of birth certificate.
