Welcome to Growing with Grace Preschool – an early childhood ministry of Grace Lutheran Church – that offers programming for two to five-year-olds. We teach by using a combination of child-centered and teacher-directed activities and focus on developing the whole child through a variety of hands-on individual and group activities. We utilize a play and theme based, developmentally appropriate curriculum. We develop social skills, self-regulation, and empathy. We build the ability to problem solve through hands-on experiences and develop creativity through exploration of a variety of art materials and styles. Pre-kindergarten readiness skills are taught following the Illinois Early Learning Standards, Handwriting without Tears program, and Bridges math curriculum.
Growing with Grace Preschool is licensed by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS).
